Summer

History - The Victorians

The children will research life under Queen Victoria. The storyline approach will focus on the life of lower class families at this time.

Science/ RSE - The Circulatory Sysyem

The children will learn about the functions of the heart, blood vessels and blood. They will recognise the impact of diet, exercise, drugs and lifestyle on the way their bodies function and describe the ways in which nutrients and water are transported within animals, including humans.

 

Science - Living things and their habitats

In this topic, the children will compare life cycles of living things.
