Welcome to 6S!
I use this page to upload information, photos and videos of what we get up to in our class. I also upload examples of some of the fantastic work the children produce.
I try to update our class page every Friday afternoon, but it can sometimes be a Saturday morning - so bear with me!

RE
Our RE topic has been Marriage Traditions & Celebrations and we've been learning about what a traditional Christian wedding would be like, so we decided to have our own! It included a priest, bride, groom, best men, bridesmaids, families, friends, readers, an organist and even a photographer!!!
Football with Jamie Carragher coaches
We absolutely loved our session with the football coaches from Jamie Carragher's school. The guys started us off with some skills and then we got to put them to use in some matches.
Design Technology
We were lucky enough to have a workshop with Steph O'Donnell (@stephodonnellDT) and she helped us create our own celebration lights.
We haven't finished decorating them yet, but we'll show you our finished products soon!
PE
We LOVE our sessions with Mr. Joliffe every Thursday afternoon.

Art
We worked on creating tone to our artwork through using watercolour paints and pastels.
We get by with a little help from our friends... ❤
In our class, we love learning from and with one another by working collaboratively. Our 'Talking Trios' help generate ideas and consolidate our thoughts.
