Here are your Maths and SPaG sheets that you need to do every day. The answer sheets are here as well. Please do this work on paper and mark it yourselves.
You will also be working on your UK project, which will lead to you writing a persuasive leaflet about visiting somewhere in the UK. There are resources on here that you can use. You can record your work in your book or on paper to hand in, or make a PowerPoint and e-mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please Tweet pictures of you working or parts of your work to show us how you are getting on. We can't wait to read your final piece
Read all about our magnificent island home! Below are some of the reports Year 3 and 4 pupils have done on the United Kingdom.
Jessica G in 3/4D takes us down the frog and toad to 'that' London, our capital city. She talks about reasons to visit the city, places to stay, places to eat (Cinnamon Kitchen sounds nice!) and even a brief history of London. Robert Catesby looks a lot like Jon Snow!!!
Luke from 3/4Mc takes us on a lovely tour of a beautiful part of the world: Anglesey in North Wales. He presents a wonderful overview of things to do and see on the island, as well as sharing his personal experiences there. Great place for a family holiday!
Ruby A in 3/4G takes us up north to the capital of Scotland (and one of Mr.McWilliam's favourite cities) Edinburgh. Ruby explains the various reasons to visit this wonderful place as well as places to stay and eat.
Zayne Z in 3/4M 'Leeds' us on a factual journey to...Leeds! A town situated in Yorkshire in the North East of England, Zayne explains why it is well know and about his own personal experience there! Check out his video of being a football mascot at Elland Road!!!
