Our school operates a digital reward system called ‘epraise’ to help motivate and acknowledge the good work our children do. This is the system that is referred to on the children's end of year reports providing parents with information about any achievements or accolades that their child has been awarded over the school year.
The system works best when it is used daily and supported at home as well as in school. To improve the usage of our system we have renewed every child’s username and password and we would ask that parents log in regularly (PC, phone, Ipad) and review their child’s points.
Parents can only see their own child’s information along with the top scoring students for the year. Children will earn points that can be spent in a number of ways:
SAVED: For the end of the year trip.
SPENT: On items available within the shop
DONATED: To a worthy cause
The system is giving our children economic and ethical choices for them to make. How much should they save to help mums and dads pay for the end of year trip? How much is it sensible to spend each week? Should I bother donating to charity and if I do, which good cause should I support?
Parents can help develop their children’s capacity for making good decisions about the way they can earn as many points as possible and how they can enjoy and share their earnings.
How to log into your child’s epraise account:
or alternatively you can type ‘epraise’ into a search engine such as google.
Your child’s user name is their first initial followed by their surname all in lower case.
e.g. Poppy Robbins username: probbins
For children with double barrelled surnames there is no space between the names and they are hyphenated.
e.g. James Jones- Smith username: jjones-smith
If you have misplaced your child's password, please speak to their class teacher to re-issue a new password
